If for any reason you are not happy with your online store purchase, you may return the
item(s) within 30 days for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping
charge. Purchases made with a gift certificate will be refunded by a Beautycon online store
credit. All items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with
the tags attached in order to be eligible for refund and/or credit. Items that do not meet
these criteria will be denied. A separate box should be used to ship products with the
original packaging inside. The original packaging should be free of damage and postal labels.
Final sale and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Beauty

trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks from the time you mail
